Responsible for accurate payroll delivery, compliance, and process improvements. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of payroll management experience and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple payrolls across complex organisations.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a payroll team.
  • Experience in acquisitions and TUPE transfers.
  • Experience in HRIS system implementations is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple entities.
  • Overseeing payroll compliance and continuous process improvement.
  • Analysing FPS submissions and reconciling data back to HMRC.
  • Leading and supporting a team of Payroll Seniors and Advisors.

Skills

Managing multiple payrolls across complex organisations
Leadership and mentoring skills
Using payroll systems (IRIS Cascade usage desirable)
Forensic approach to auditing calculations
Managing salary sacrifice and taxable benefit schemes
