Job summary

A leading fintech company seeks a UK Regulatory Compliance Assurance Senior Manager to oversee compliance monitoring and testing in London. This role involves leading a team, developing compliance strategies, and addressing regulatory risks. An ideal candidate has strong risk control knowledge and is passionate about improving processes in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to travel is required approximately every two to three months.

Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of risk and control with experience in compliance testing.
  • Good understanding of FCA/PRA expectations and regulatory landscape.
  • Excited about challenges in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
  • Comfortable working with autonomy and managing evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain regulatory compliance monitoring and testing plan for the UK.
  • Lead and develop the UK Reg CMT team.
  • Communicate solutions to address control gaps.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to enhance the monitoring team.
  • Adapt focus based on regulatory agenda and compliance needs.
