Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or administration, preferably in the chemical sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory engineering requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP Plant Maintenance for maintenance plans and equipment.
• Manage compliance activities relating to EHS and Quality.
• Support maintenance coordination for planned and reactive works.
• Create non-stock purchase requisitions and resolve invoicing issues.
• Provide KPI data reporting and assist with contractor management.

Skills

Previous experience in engineering/admin function

Knowledge of SAP or plant maintenance systems

Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel

Experience with Power BI & dashboard creation

Exposure to LEAN tools

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Education

HNC or equivalent in Engineering or Science-based subject
