A leading manufacturer is seeking a Financial Controller based in Fradley, Staffordshire. Location: Fradley, Staffordshire (after initial training in Wokingham)
Salary: £68,000 - £72,500 per annum (DOE)

Kyocera SGS Precision Tools is a leading manufacturer of solid carbide cutting tools, renowned for delivering high‑performance solutions for machining demanding materials across aerospace, medical, power generation, and motorsport sectors.
We are entering a major and exciting phase of growth as we relocate to the Midlands, bringing together Kyocera SGS and Kyocera Unimerco Tooling under one roof. This move will create Kyocera's largest carbide tooling site in Europe, a unified, future‑focused centre of excellence based in Fradley, Staffordshire.
This key strategic position comes with responsibility for all day‑to‑day financial operations of Kyocera SGS Precision Tools EU Ltd, along with oversight of our legal and fiscal compliance across the UK and internationally. As a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the EU Managing Director, contribute to organisational strategy, and provide financial leadership as the business transitions to its new Fradley facility and continues to scale.
Responsibilities include robust financial control, accurate, timely reporting to UK leadership and our parent company in the US (and wider Kyocera Group in Japan).
Initial training will take place at our Wokingham site with all travel and accommodation costs fully covered.
After this training period, the role will be permanently based at our new Fradley facility.
