- You’ll be heavily supported by our Executive Chef and Group Head Chef & Head Chef who are both hands-on and committed to your development.

- Can confidently lead and support a large team through busy, high-volume services.
- Is committed to maintaining high standards in taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
- Can act as a strong right hand to the Head Chef and take the lead when needed.
- Enjoys collaborating with the front-of-house team for smooth, consistent service.
