We're all about fresh, seasonal cooking, everything is made from scratch, and we’re proud to work with some of the finest suppliers in the UK to deliver bold, delicious, and thoughtful dishes.

We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join our passionate brigade. If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen, love working with quality ingredients, and want to help shape a menu that reflects creativity and seasonality, this is your opportunity to be involved.

We're Looking For a Senior Sous Chef Who:
  • Has a strong background in 2 Rosette-level kitchens and a solid, stable work history.
  • Is passionate about British gastro-pub cuisine, presented with finesse.
  • Can confidently lead and support a large team through busy, high-volume services.
  • Is committed to maintaining high standards in taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Can act as a strong right hand to the Head Chef and take the lead when needed.
  • Enjoys collaborating with the front-of-house team for smooth, consistent service.
