A claims handling organization in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a Claims Handler - Third Party. Please note: Prior experience handling Road Traffic Act (RTA) claims is essential for this role.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll have your own portfolio of claims to handle through to settlement. These claims will involve situations where our customer has damaged another driver’s property. You’ll be investigating and deciding who was responsible for the incident and agreeing settlement of the other driver’s claim.
Training
Excellent training is provided! Your corporate induction will be completed in the first 8 days followed by a 10 week training programme which is all completed onsite. This will help you understand the role, give you the best start and tools in your career. You’ll have the opportunity to move to hybrid working once competent in the role.
