Claims Credit Control Analyst

12 month fixed-term contract, full-time

We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America.

Due to growth, we are looking for an additional Credit Control Analyst to join a small sub team in our Claims Operations division – this is a technical role suiting someone from an insurance claims background.

You’ll manage credit control activities, reconcile data from third-party administrators, oversee payments and recoveries and help maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and analyse TPA bordereaux submissions and cash allocations.
  • Oversee claims payments, ensure timely processing, and maintain audit trails.
  • Manage debt collection, resolve payment queries and reduce overdue balances.
  • Produce reports on claims, debts and recovery performance.
  • Collaborate with claims, finance, compliance and legal teams to enhance processes and manage credit risk.
Candidate requirements
  • Right to work in this location
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (ACCA/CIMA a plus).
  • Experience in credit control or debt management from within the insurance claims sector – in particular, accounts reconciliation experience across TPAs.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams.
  • Contributing positively to our culture and values.
