Job summary
A leading automotive retailer in Chester is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while booking appointments and advising on warranty cover. Responsibilities
- Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
- Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts.
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments.
- Managing a high-volume of customer interactions daily.
- Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining communication.
- Updating customer records when bookings are made.
