A leading operations management company is seeking a Plant Team Leader to supervise and motivate a diverse operations team in Normanton, England. The role includes coordinating production, ensuring compliance, and process improvement. Suitable candidates will have leadership experience and strong communication skills. The position requires working 4 on 4 off shifts, from 7am to 7pm. This company is committed to creating a safe and positive work environment for all employees.
As a Plant team leader, you will be responsible for supervising a diverse and talented operations team. Your primary goal is to organise staff members and achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day. Your position will also support the Plant supervisor in directing, performance managing, training, and assisting production employees on your shift.
Working hours for this role will be 4 on 4 off, days only - 7am-7pm
