A leading manufacturing firm in Shenstone is seeking a Home Production Operative for a 12-month fixed term role. You will be responsible for setting filling machines, packing products, and contributing to safety and quality standards. The position offers a salary of £26,749, plus generous benefits including 25 days holiday and private health care. Ideal candidates will have a positive work ethic and enjoy routine tasks, with experience in mechanical handling preferred but not mandatory.

We’re looking for a Production Operative to join us on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The hours are 7.30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
