Weekend Customer Advisor

We are recruiting a Weekend Customer Advisor to join our busy Sales department.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting demo drives, ensuring customers have a positive and informative experience.
  • Moving and organising vehicles in the showroom and forecourt to ensure optimal presentation and accessibility.
  • Meeting and greeting customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
  • Assisting customers with enquiries.
  • Supporting the sales team by preparing vehicles for customer demonstrations and test drives.
  • Providing information about vehicle features.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of service and professionalism.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
  • Clean Full UK Driving licence
  • Great communication skills – demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships.
  • High levels of focus, energy and drive.
  • Always delivering best in class service to establish customer experience excellence.
Hours and Work Location

15 hour contract (Saturday 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday 09:00 – 17:00)
