Job summary

A climate technology startup is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales in the Nordics and help companies with climate programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in SaaS, a record of enterprise sales success, and the ability to educate clients on carbon reduction strategies. This role requires excellent communication and consultative selling skills as well as a passion for climate action. The position offers potential for remote work, but candidates must be willing to work from an office four days a week.

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Experience with enterprise customers (10,000 employees).
  • Track record of building new playbooks for organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Watershed and educate companies on climate programs.
  • Own the full lifecycle from outbound to contract signing.
  • Influence Watershed's product strategy with customer feedback.
