Job summary

A leading facilities management company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff, and stock in a retail environment. Responsibilities include being a visible deterrent to theft, conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should hold a valid SIA License and possess strong observational and communication skills. The role requires flexible shifts from 1200 to 2200, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible security presence within the store.
• Conduct regular patrols of the store premises.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to suspicious activities.
• Carry out searches of individuals if required.
• Respond to alarms and incidents promptly.
