Responsibilities

• Attend pre-match meetings with the Retail Manager.
• Ensure catering outlets are ready for service.
• Assist Team Leaders when required.
• Check stock and document alterations.
• Complete stock checks and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Follow Food Safety and Health Safety procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation.
• Support staff progression via reporting.
• Regularly check catering outlets including cleaning.

This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

What you'll do

Job responsibilities

• Attending pre-match meetings for Match Day’s with the Retail Manager
• Ensuring catering outlets are ready for service at the agreed time for opening
• When required, assisting Team Leaders
• Checking open stock and documenting any alterations on stock sheets
• Completing stock checks and ensuring all company polices/procedures are being adhered too.
• Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health Safety procedures.
• Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
• Reporting staff potential to the Retail Manager, to aid in supporting their progression
• Regular checks on designated catering outlets, including end of service cleaning

What you'll bring

• Experience in managing a team is a must
• Great customer service and confident to diffuse customer complaints
• Great attention to detail alongside being able to work under pressure
• Experience in Stadiums is preferable, but not essential
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience within a Hospitality, bar or catering venue
