What you\'ll do

• Managing the full operation of the lounge during matchdays and events.

• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of bar staff, supervisors, and runners to deliver excellent service.

• Coordinating with kitchen, floor, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Handling customer queries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.

• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring correct storage and rotation of products.
