Job Summary

IDEX has exclusively partnered with a leading brokerage in the South East Region to support the appointment of two new Corporate Account Executives. The brokerage is already a major player in the UK, and has recently taken a substantial influx of new business and investment to the next level. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with large‑ticket clients in a less corporate culture than typical larger broking houses.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the management of newly referred business, retention and growth.
• Work exclusively with clients paying fees or commissions in the £10k to £100k bracket across the full spectrum of corporate lines insurance.
• Envision managing a book of approximately c£300k in 2‑3 years.
• Provide client work while supported by in‑house technical, claims, admin and market‑facing teams.

Qualifications

• Track record of providing insurance advice directly to mid‑market or corporate level clients.
• Ability to work across diverse industries including food & drink, manufacturing, life sciences, tech and construction.
