As a Commercial Account Executive, your expertise lies in building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional insurance solutions. However, when you're weighed down by admin and back-office tasks, it takes away from what you do best.
This leading brokerage recognises that. That's why they offer a one-to-one ratio of dedicated account handling support-ensuring that all your broking, placement, admin, and reporting are expertly taken care of. This means more time with clients, more opportunities to win business, and a greater focus on strategic growth.

What's on Offer?
  • Established Portfolio - You'll inherit a book of SME and mid-market clients, generating around £200k in revenue, with a clear focus on retention and growth.
  • Proactive New Business Support - In addition to introducers and marketing-led campaigns, you'll have access to a specialist lead generation team who act as your inside sales force-securing appointments and filling your diary with prequalified opportunities.
  • Long-Term Career Prospects - The firm has a well-structured succession plan in place, with senior Executives set to retire in the next 3-5 years. This opens up opportunities for mentorship, career progression, and valuable client introductions.
  • Strong Regional Presence - The client base is primarily situated across the North East of Scotland, so being located nearby will be beneficial.
Who will you be working with?

This is one of the flagship UK based brokerages, well known for having a high quality throughout the business whether that's serving their mainstream commercial clients or handling their range of specialist areas. They offer a competitive package and for producing Executives and a system that promotes from within whenever possible giving you brilliant options to move up the ladder. The support here is first class with most Handlers at least Cert CII qualified.
