Overview

Are you a skilled commercial insurance professional ready to take ownership of a high-value client portfolio while driving new opportunities for growth? We're seeking ambitious, technically proficient Commercial Account Directors who excel in building client relationships and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Whether you're an experienced professional or have a couple of years' experience under your belt and the drive to develop to Director level, we want to hear from you.

What's on offer?
  • Starting Book: Pre-built portfolios of approximately £100k - £150k in income. Targets and expectations are tailored based on portfolio size, experience and existing relationships.
  • Compensation: Base salary to £85k (depending on experience), competitive commission structure and one of the best benefits packages the market offers.
