Job summary

A leading automobile service provider is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for email-based customer enquiries related to signage. You'll manage your own region and ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable.
  • Ability to learn and master a complex role (training provided).
  • Flexibility to support other regions when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email (and occasional phone calls).
  • Load enquiries onto our internal system and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with internal teams and local authorities to share quotes and progress orders.
  • Provide excellent B2B customer service.
  • Take ownership of your region while supporting other colleagues.
  • Proactively move enquiries forward to ensure timely resolution.
