• Demonstrable experience developing, documenting and improving business processes using recognised approaches.
• Strong experience creating and managing process standards, policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with process methods, standards and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the process design methodology and standards.
• Lead governance forums and capability building across the Process Centre of Excellence.
• Coordinate governance forums, preparing materials to support decision-making.
