Job summary

A leading legal services provider is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager in Manchester. You will lead and develop the inbound SDR and outbound BDR teams, ensuring they meet ambitious targets as part of the company's growth strategy. With a minimum of 3 years in B2B sales development or sales management, you will drive team performance, manage KPIs, and implement training programs.
