A dynamic remote-first company is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead a segmented SDR organization. The role involves shaping the team's structure, leveraging AI for outreach, and optimizing the sales pipeline. With a strong focus on coaching and development, the ideal candidate will have over 6 years of sales experience, including management of SDR teams in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling SDR teams in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA region with experience in MENA being an added plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a segmented SDR organization composed of inbound and outbound SDRs.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Define success metrics and develop pipeline generation strategies.
  • Optimize PLG conversion workflows and adopt AI tools for prospecting.
