Qualifications
- Deep understanding of fixed and variable pay structures in SaaS.
- Experience in a scaling SaaS or tech company is preferred.
- SQL proficiency is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize commission processes.

- Champion automation in tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to craft spiffs and incentives.
