Job summary

A leading services company in Manchester is seeking a proactive Customer Delivery Manager to enhance service management and operational delivery. In this role, you will ensure high standards of customer experience, manage relationships with key customers and suppliers, and promote continual improvement. Ideal candidates will possess strong ITIL knowledge, experience in service desk management, and the ability to implement new IT standards.   • Support contracted services ensuring customer satisfaction.
