Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally working to key targets.
• Good knowledge of dealer management systems is advantageous but not essential.
• Motor trade or automotive experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment.
• Book customer vehicles for maintenance/repairs and liaise with workshop.
• Provide seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover.
