Job summary

A hospitality company in Tenby is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen operations and support the Head Chef. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume environments and a passion for quality food and service. Responsibilities include menu creation, food preparation, and team management. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operation of the kitchen.
  • Support the Head Chef with menu creation and food preparation.
  • Oversee kitchen colleagues and maintain hygiene and safety regulations.
