A healthcare provider in Plymouth is seeking an Outpatient Co-Ordinator to manage outpatient clinics effectively. The role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to coordinating patient pathways. Outpatient Co-Ordinator

As part of the Administration team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Plymouth you will work proactively to coordinate and ensure that the outpatient clinics run smoothly and report any issues to the Outpatient Manager Nicola Law. You will coordinate the patient’s pathway in the department, liaising with nursing staff, updating patient details, requesting patient transport and recording the outcome of all outpatient appointments.
You will have experience of dealing with customers face to face and over the phone in healthcare or another service sector, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to deal with difficult situations calmly is also important in this role. Your customer focused approach, willingness to learn new skills and motivation to provide a high quality service are just as important however.
