A hospitality group in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Wedding & Events Sales Manager to lead their team at Boclair House. We’re seeking a committed, caring and skilled Wedding & Events Sales Manager to lead our team at Boclair House in Bearsden, north-west of Glasgow.
Since launching 10 years ago, the venue has gone from strength-to-strength, delivering memorable weddings and events for those seeking a chic and stylish venue. The team’s commitment and dedication is reflected in our recent awards – with the venue being crowned Glasgow & West ‘Venue of the Year’ at the 2024 and 2025 Your Scottish Wedding Awards.
Now we’re looking for a Wedding & Events Sales Manager to ensure we continue to provide the highest-level of guest experience from initial showround to delivery of the wedding or event. It’s a crucial leadership role that will suit someone who’s not only passionate about bringing their best to their role but helping the team they led bring their best too.
As Wedding & Events Sales Manager you’ll lead your department to secure and convert sales leads for weddings and events, tailoring their experience and packages to ensure we can deliver an occasion that’s perfect for them. You’ll be required to:

It’s essential that the candidate:
The ideal candidate would also be someone who is competent in following processes and procedures, understands the operational requirements of running events, and knows how to balance what couples want with what the venue can provide. It’s important your personality and style also showcase your passion for wedding and events. Our couples are looking for team who will support and guide with care and enthusiasm.
Though training would be provided so not essential, it would also be an advantage if you have experience of working with RezControl.
