Qualifications

  • Significant experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR generalist role is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment would be beneficial.
  • Significant experience in dealing autonomously with the full range of Employee Relations issues.
  • Developed strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Highly developed skills in coaching and developing others.
  • Able to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills and resilience.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an HR strategy that aligns with the business goals.
  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a change agent and employee champion.
  • Support client groups with departmental restructures.
  • Manage and develop HR Advisor/s.
