A leading leisure company in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a Product Support Specialist to enhance product success through operational support. This hybrid role involves ensuring smooth digital product rollouts, maintaining operational materials, and collaborating across teams to optimize guest experiences. We’re looking for a Digital Operations Product Specialist to support the success of our product squads and help bring new digital innovations to life. You’ll focus on testing, documentation, training, and operational readiness to ensure teams across Haven are prepared. This 12-month fixed-term role supports the national rollout of Holiday Home Wi-Fi, working closely with the Product and Programme Managers to ensure smooth deployment and transition into everyday use.
