A leading UK ports operator is seeking a Project Engineer based in Ipswich. The role involves managing multiple port projects across East Anglia, with values ranging from under £1 million to £20 million. The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering background, experience in project delivery, and 2D CAD skills. We\'re currently looking to recruit a Project Engineer to be based within our East Anglia region, ideally based from Ipswich but covering all 3 ports in the region. You should have a civil engineering background with exposure to delivering multiple projects valued up to circa £10m, you\'ll need to have some 2D Cad experience and should have a practical understanding of UK CDM Regulations. Examples of upcoming and live projects are an expansion of our Ipswich Marina and extension of rail lines onto the Port Estate, you\'ll be responsible for covering a number of smaller complex projects with an average value under £1m, but can go up to £20m in value for larger projects.

The role will be based from our Ipswich office, but will be responsible for delivering projects elsewhere in East Anglia (Kings Lynn & Lowestoft), with project related travel required - you\'ll therefore need a full driving licence.
