Job summary

A dynamic automotive dealership in Birmingham is seeking an Aftersales Executive to enhance customer experience. You will manage service appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers a salary of £29,000 plus OTE bonus and various benefits including training programs and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role within the automotive sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • A valid driver's licence is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding service appointments and aftersales enquiries.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow in the service department.
  • Collaborate closely with service and parts teams to provide timely updates and information to customers.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist in promoting aftersales initiatives to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving key performance indicators related to aftersales service.
