Qualifications

• Must have experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Prior knowledge of dealer systems like Kerridge / ADP is advantageous.
• Strong passion for customer service and cars.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts.
• Liaising with the Aftersales department to organize appointments.
• Managing high-volume customer interactions daily as well as booking queries.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring communication.
• Maintaining accurate customer records during service.
