Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support for a diverse user base.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and peripherals.
• Support data/voice networks and Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate the Service Desk, assigning priorities, and resolving queries.
• Manage hardware registers and implement security policies.
• Set up new accounts and provide basic training on corporate applications.
