Job summary

A global leader in contractor and supplier management is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Associate fluent in French and English. The role involves proactively serving and supporting clients, managing inquiries, and participating in sales projects. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a desire to evolve from customer service into B2B sales. This position is based in London, offers comprehensive training, and requires a commitment to in-office presence at least three days per week.

Qualifications

  • Advanced fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12-24 months.
  • Ability to work in the office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients.
  • Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
  • Conduct training on ISN products via phone, web-based and face-to-face meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
