Job summary

A leading construction contractor in Leicester is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to facilitate project communications and enhance resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written English skills, customer service experience, and knowledge in the construction or social housing sector. You will manage relationships between residents and contractors, address ongoing issues, and uphold service standards. This role includes administrative duties and the use of necessary tools to ensure efficient project completion.

Qualifications

  • Experience ideally in resident liaison within construction/social housing sector.
  • DBC check (standard) required.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate relationships between residents, sub-contractors, and management.
  • Respond to all resident issues for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain records of issues raised and resolutions.

Skills

Excellent written English
Experience with customer service
Ability to manage resident expectations
Competent MS Excel
Competent MS Word
Competent use of Project Probe and SharePoint
