• Ability to organize own workload effectively.
• Confidence to deal with all levels of employees, including Directors.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fixed term contract extensions.
• Manage probationary period process.
• Facilitate the disciplinary and grievance process.
• Prepare HR documentation and review payroll runs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems.

Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)

Data Analysis experience
