A leading HR solutions provider is seeking a part-time HR Advisor based in Aberdeen to support remote locations. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, assist managers with recruitment and inductions, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of employment law. Experience with HR systems, particularly Cezanne, is preferred. This role is well-suited for an HR Co-ordinator looking to advance to Advisor level.
