Job summary

A leading logistics provider is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Bradford. The ideal candidate will provide strategic HR advice, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with policy and legislation. Responsibilities include coaching managers, managing casework, and maintaining HR metrics. Applicants should have proven HR experience, ideally with CIPD level 3, and knowledge of UK employment law. A flexible work schedule is required with a salary up to £34,000 per annum along with an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with a minimum of CIPD level 3.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a practical, solution-focused mindset.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers on policy and people matters.
  • Support leaders in managing employee relations casework.
  • Promote the correct application of company policies across the site.
  • Maintain accurate HR metrics and reporting.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
