Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and possess 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within Chinese-funded enterprises. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, along with strong skills in MS Office applications. The role involves supporting HR activities, maintaining records, and developing employee handbooks to comply with local regulations.

Job Description
• Provide HR generalist support including document processing, performance appraisal project coordination, etc.
• Maintain relevant HR database/record management and handle internal staff’s requires.
• Responsible for developing and improving Employee handbook of overseas countries according to local regulations and internal policies
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related discipline, knowledge of performance management is preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 year’s solid experience in Human Resource, preferably from Chinese-funded enterprises
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, able to speak fluent Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
