Business Analyst - IT Projects (Large Listed Logistic Group, Up to HK$40k, 5 day)

Our client is a large Listed Logistic Group in HK who is seeking a Business Analyst to join their IT team:

Responsibilities:

• Support HK and overseas FULL CYCLE of IT project management
• Manage the project timeline, risks, budget and deliverables
• Handle projects in office automation, project reengineering & system maintenance etc.
• Coordinate with back office users such as HR, Finance, Procurements etc. to gather users requirements an convert to system specification
• Select and negotiate IT vendors and manage their deliverables and quality
• Handle sensitive data across different teams
• Collaborate with team member and work as an individual contributor
• Participate in system architecture, troubleshooting and system maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 5 years experiences in Full Cycle Project Management/ System Architecture/ IT Vendor & Users Management
• Experienced in back office system applications, SQL data verification and documentation
• Hands on programming experience will be an advantage but not a must
• Detail-oriented, independent, self-driven with strong communication skills to coordinate with different parties
• Able to handle sensitive business data and information
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
