Our Client
Highly regarded global active investment manager hiring over 3,000 professionals across 25 countries worldwide with total AUM of over EUR 650 Billion to search for a Regional Client Reporting Specialist.
Job Duties
- Work closely with portfolio management, legal & compliance, risk, and operations teams to resolve institutional clients' inquiries.
- Provide timely and high-quality client service and onboarding support.
- Prepare presentation materials for institutional sales meetings and portfolio reviews.
- Participate in regional and global projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Approximately 3 years of experience, ideally in asset management or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, and other fund accounting systems is preferable.
- Experience with APAC Institutional Client Service & Account Management.
- Understanding of Global Asset Management & Private Credit Investment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode and participate in dynamic investment expos.
Additional Responsibilities
As part of the Regional Institutional Client Service & Account Management team in AP, responsibilities include:
- Identifying business development opportunities and facilitating investor due diligence.
- Managing end-to-end pre/post sales processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Serving as the key contact for portfolio review, ongoing investment communication, and operational inquiries to ensure SLA fulfillment.
- Understanding clients’ investment strategies and facilitating timely execution.
- Serving as Responsible Officer and MIC for the APAC Hub.
Leadership and Expansion Roles
- Assuming senior roles and being a founding member of the Asia Hub in HK.
- Overseeing the investment team and ensuring accurate, timely trade execution.
- Leading expansion efforts in Greater China Intermediary Sales.
- Building a strong client relationship with high-profile institutional and intermediary clients.
- Facilitating sales and distribution efforts through client profiling, investment solutions, and events.
- Collaborating with regional teams to meet sales targets.
- Managing full lifecycle client relationships, from onboarding to portfolio review, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Supporting cross-asset investment management activities, including order execution, portfolio rebalancing, and cash management.
