Job summary

A growing retail company is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to manage system operations and network maintenance. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in retail systems support, particularly with POS and ERP systems. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, and the ability to work independently is preferred. This role plays a vital part in supporting the IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operational processes.
