Qualifications

Our client is a Large International I-Bank in HK. They are looking for a Mailroom Manager to join their growing team:

  • Responsible for managing/ leading an operations team to provide the highest standard of mailroom service:taking and delivering messages, sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Maintain relationships with facilities and mailroom vendors
  • Propose suggestions to improve operation process and procedures and update operations manual regularly
  • Keeping track and monitor the performance
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and growth of business
  • Maintain a friendly, positive and team oriented working culture between staff members of both intra- and inter-office departments
  • Maintain site employee capability matrix and providing training and development opportunities for the team
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly site invoice
  • Prepare annual and ad hoc budgets for site operations

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in which at least 5 years in supervisory role
  • Previous mailroom experience is a must, ideally from customer driven and professional service background
  • Able to lead, motivate, train & retain staff
  • Able to delegate, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English and Cantonese is a must
