Be the C&B subject-matter expert for the Hong Kong Office to support staff retention, promotion, and other HR objectives.
Handle annual budgeting, forecasting, merit review, and salary adjustment assignments.
Work with the Shared Service Center to support the employee lifecycle, including C&B operations and compliance.
Maintain employee relations and support the Human Resources Director on office employee advisory.
Conduct periodic HR reports and policy reviews.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, including 1-2 years at a managerial level handling complex tasks.
- Strong strategic and operational expertise in C&B.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Solution-driven, responsive, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
- Good job security and working hours.
- Experience in payroll and C&B operations.
- Experience working in a global logistics industry leader.

As part of the COE within the Greater China region, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension, and taxation for over 250 employees.
- Overseeing benefits administration and attendance records.
- Ensuring compliance with HK Labour Ordinance and corporate governance.
- Recruitment and HR generalist duties for the North Asia Hub.
- Supporting an international bank with 500+ employees in APAC.
Additional Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Regional Head of HR and collaborating with a team of 4 HR professionals in HK & SGP.
- Managing end-to-end talent acquisition, from understanding requirements, interviewing, to onboarding and background screening.
- Facilitating HRBP functions by collaborating with senior leaders to address HR challenges such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement, and compensation review.
- Providing insights on talent management and employee development to support growth and business strategies.
- Managing regional C&B, payroll, and benefits operations.
- Supporting HRIS/dashboard reporting to aid staff planning and C&B review.
- Overseeing employee lifecycle management and handling employee inquiries.
- Partnering with external vendors for payroll and benefits administration, and participating in benefits review and analysis.
