Job summary

A well-established global garment operation is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager/Manager to join their expanding team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will support regional compensation programs, manage expatriate remuneration packages, and guide HR practices. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields, extensive C&B experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and HCM systems.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years’ solid experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support various regional C&B programs and manage expatriate remuneration packages.
  • Provide guidance on international assignments and up-to-date C&B practices.
  • Consolidate and prepare HR dashboard and support ad-hoc projects.

Client Description

Our client over 70 years in business, one of the largest garment operations in the world. They are now urgently seeking aCompensation & Benefits Assistant Manager / Managerto join their expanding team.

Job Description

  • Support various regional C&B programs, including HRIS implementation, annual compensation review, salary survey, job evaluation and staff cost budget
  • Manage expatriate remuneration package including package formulation for international assignment, localization proposal and calculation of income tax withholding
  • Provide guidance to country HRs on international assignments and up-to-date C&B practices
  • Consolidate and prepare HR dashboard
  • Support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 6-8 years’ solid experience in compensation & benefits preferably with regional experience gained in multi-national companies
  • Experience in top tier HCM system is a plus, e.g. Workday, SAP and PeopleSoft
  • Highly competent in MS Excel functions and formulas for data analysis & reporting
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
  • A good team player and able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communications skills and able to explain complex ideas in a clear manner
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
