Our Client

Job Duties
  • Lead and manage 3PL running sizable distribution center in Hong Kong to ensure timely and quality in/outbound, inventory, return and VAS deliverables according to SLA and KPI
  • Investigate and follow up operational issues and execute action plans with 3PL to ensure efficient operations
  • Partner closely with technology, review, propose, and drive improvement from 3PL distribution center space planning, cost, productivity, to new technology and innovations
  • Prepare the relevant reports and analysis of data to drive a high level of warehouse performance while managing business risks
  • Design and monitor full logistic planning for the co-packing and labelling activities to ensure the healthy levels of ready-for-sale stock to meet sales targets
  • Support and lead projects, present regularly to top management
Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management from reputable university
  • About 8-15 years’ experience, of which track record in logistics or warehouse solutions implementation and operations management
  • Those logistics expert with less relevant warehouse operations background but strong business acumen and learning ability are also encouraged to apply
  • DtC e-commerce logistics and Southern China exposure an advantage
  • Accountable, analytical, with excellent organization and project leadership competency
  • Lead strategic, innovative, and improvement initiatives & projects APAC to enhance the performance and capabilities in the Supply Chain & Logistics function
  • Partner with different functional and business teams, gaining exposure to different process domains and businesses in the organization
  • Deploying big data analytics and other methodologies to identify standardization, automation, and/or digitalization opportunities for end-to-end process improvement
  • Partner with regional marketing, commercial, , logistics/LSP, and CS team to provide optimized customer solutions in the designated supply chain area
  • Focus on Greater China logistics arrangement and order fulfillment process. This include exposure to China customs/tax issues and bonded warehouse orders related operations
  • There will be opportunity to rotate to upskill/contribute in other supply chain areas in the longer run
  • Process orders and maintain accurate data in SAP system under the Logistics and Supply Chain Department
  • Liaise with the external service provider on shipping and logistics issues
  • Support the Head of Merchandising and Operations on all merchandising and planning activities in the Hong Kong and Macau retail and wholesale businesses
  • Prepare reports and analysis to provide insights on the most effective assortment and allocation
  • Place regular orders and keep track on all merchandise display/packaging items
