Our client, a phone device company, is looking for high calibre candidates for their Customer Service Team to provide high-quality services to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer services including inquiry & complaint handling in the service center.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above.
- 1 year or above relevant experience in the customer services field is preferred.
- Part-time CS will also be considered.
- Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, communicative level of English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
