A local community service organization in Leeds is seeking an individual to provide administrative support to a Focused Intervention Team Worker. The role requires strong administration experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in database management. Tasks include updating case files and assisting during home visits to accurately maintain intervention notes. This position is ideal for someone looking to make an impact in community services and support individuals in need.
Based within the Forward Leeds drug and alcohol service, the purpose of this role is to support a Focused Intervention Team Worker with visual impairments with administrative tasks and updating case files.
The individual is required to work closely with the FIT Worker in accessing the service user database (System 1) and supporting in updating case files with interventions and assessments he has completed.
We are looking for someone with administration experience, who has a keen eye for detail and has experience inputting information and maintaining databases.
The individual will also be required to support the worker on home visits when needed, in order to maintain notes of any intervention delivered.
